At Richard Soan Roofing Services, we believe in building more than just roofs – we’re committed to supporting the communities we work in. As a long-established, family-run business, we actively contribute to local organisations and good causes through donations and charitable support.

 

We also prioritise sustainable working practices, sourcing materials responsibly and striving to reduce waste and environmental impact wherever possible. Whether working with private homeowners or public sector clients, we aim to deliver lasting value – not only through the quality of our workmanship but by making a positive contribution to the social, economic, and environmental well-being of our local area.

 

At Christmas 2019 we launched a scheme to provide annual donations to various schools, helping ease pressure on their budgets and enabling them to invest in valuable resources for their students.Beyond our support for schools, we recognised the increasing challenges faced by many families. To address this, at Christmas 2021, we introduced an initiative to make donations to local food banks, aiming to provide some relief during the cost-of-living crisis. Both of these schemes are ongoing.

 

Additionally, whenever feasible, we've offered our services to assist with general school maintenance projects free of charge. This helps alleviate the burden on school premises managers, allowing them to focus their resources elsewhere.
