We use only approved material that has been tried and tested within the industry. This, coupled with the fact that our qualified tradesmen are expertly supervised, and have full training and knowledge of all the latest roofing materials and construction techniques, means that the finished product is a professional one.
All our operatives specialise in their own trade, i.e. a slater/tiler will not undertake flat roofing and visa versa. We are approved contractors to numerous Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Government Agencies, Housing Associations and Property Management Organisations as well as to all the Leading Suppliers in the Roofing Industry.

We are members of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors as well as being approved by CHAS, Construction line & Exor. We are also members of The British Safety Council and Safe Contractors.

The Competent Roofer Scheme

CompetentRoofer is the Government-authorised scheme for England and Wales that allows professional roofing contractors to self-certify that their roofing refurbishment work complies with Building Regulations. The scheme encompasses all roofing types for domestic, industrial and commercial properties and is open to all roofing contractors to apply.

Many jobs undertaken need to be notified to and authorised by Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and in many cases this includes work done to your roof. By using a CompetentRoofer member, property owners will save not only time and money but will have the added reassurance that the work carried out meets the exacting standards of the Building Regulations.
